These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wallet League mobile game (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Agreement

You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the full legal capacity and right to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You may or may not be required to create an account to use the App. If you do create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The App and all content and materials included in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Wallet League or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App in accordance with these Terms.

5. Virtual Items

The App may allow you to purchase virtual items for use within the App. These virtual items are not redeemable for any real-world currency and do not constitute any form of real or personal property.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wallet League.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or any other provision of these Terms.

13. Amendment

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the amended Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the amended Terms.
